How to put a LIAPER on

  1. Slip the strap around the waist either up from the legs or down over the head.
  2. Rotate the fabric to the back. Pull up the small loop between the legs.
  3. Pass the middle of the other strap thru the loop to make a new hanging loop.
  4. Repeat 3 to shorten the hanging loop or to prevent over-tightening the waist.
  5. Pin the hanging loop on the shirt or jersey when it is not suspended.

Note: New waist strap has an adjusting buckle. The hanging loop should come to tommy.
